Ageing is a natural process, but it also depends on our routine, diet, and lifestyle. We can slow down the aging process and this is known as antiaging. Today I am going to share some antiaging, tips and routine which can slow down the process of it, without any cosmetics, yes it's in your budget, and through home remedies and your daily diet and routine. 

Anti-ageing Moisturizers-

              Start your day with natural moisturizers such as rose water, honey, milk, and coconut oil. Rosewater is the best moisturizer for antiaging and it is suitable for both oily and dry skin.

Breakfast for Anti-ageing - 

              Start your day with healthy and strong breakfast include milk during breakfast because milk is rich in calcium and prevent losing teeth early,but after having milk one should wash mouth properly because external contact of milk and teeth cause decomposition but internally it is best for the life of teeth, bones, and muscles, consumption of milk prevents from old age knee problems called arthritis and osteoporosis and also helps prevent in loss of muscle mass in adults.

Water- 

             water helps to keep the skin fresh, clear and gives it younger look by toning of the skin and prevent it from wrinkling and aging, one should keep the body hydrated, have water once in an hour do not wait to be thirsty. Water helps throw impurities from the body and helps the body maintain temperature, eliminate toxins and keeps the body clean.

Stress and Anti-Ageing - 

             Taking Stress and tensions cause the hormonal imbalance and make the body weak and increase in blood pressure, heart rate and cholesterol.
             One should learn to manage stress and tensions calmly without anger and frustrations, meditation helps to lower stress, avoiding hatred and jealousy also helps to live life happy and stressfree to a greater extent.

Anti-ageing Meals - 

              Have Yogurt, rice, tomatoes, coconut, Fishes such as sardines, mackerel, tuna, which are rich in omega 3 and fatty acids are best for the skin and it prevents the skin from wrinkling,Do not skip meals specially Dinner, skipping dinner weakens the immune system and make the person old faster,Don't fill yourself at dinner but have dinner lightly as they say "Have breakfast like king, Lunch as a queen and Dinner as a begger". But never skip it, Have nuts such as hazelnut, peanut, almonds, and walnuts as snacks and avoid junk food. Avacado and oranges are also rich in anti-aging properties.

Anti-ageing massage at Bedtime - 

              massaging face and hands with coconut oil is the best way to stay young, coconut oil is rich in anti-aging properties.

Rice water face mask for Anti-Ageing-

Ingredients-

Rice
Water

Method-

     Soak the rice in water and boil that water and rice, cool the water, take a cotton cloth dip it in rice water rinse it and keep it on the face. It tightens the pores on the skin and act as a toner and give the younger look.

Orange peel face mask for Anti-Ageing-

Ingredients-

Orange peel
Rosewater

Method-

Dry the orange peels make a powder out of it and mix this powder with rosewater to make a paste, Apply this paste on the face.
