why this gender wage gap? why we are expected to work more than our wages, why are we made cheap labour in society?
                 Why women are told that she is imprisoned in her home while taking care of her family? And if the same woman comes out of her home and serves the common people by putting a smile on face no matter she feels for it or not, considered official. Is this the freedom a feminist is waiting for?

 Is This a solution for gender wage gap??

                    We just yell or put boards that women should be paid equally, but have we ever thought what could be the reason behind the gender wage gap?? so today let me tell you the reason and solution for this but before I tell you, you should make yourself wide open, have passions, think clearly, accept who you are and if you do not agree with me you can stick with your opinion too, but before blaming anyone else, lets start to change ourselves because we can't change the world, let us accept heartily and happily that, yes I am woman and no doubt different from man, our duties are also different from one another as we are different physically.
                    why we want to compete with men?? why they don't come in our fields to defeat us?? why can't we choose our route which is different from theirs??

You are beautiful and you deserve to be empowered, every woman does, women empowerment and gender equality are important necessities a balanced society shall nurture, shouldn't it? In fact, is it just equality that we deserve in the name of gender equality and feminism or is it that we should get the privilege over men?
Is there any man in your life who says you to sit back home and relax because he is there for you??  If yes then you are the luckiest person coz there is someone who cares for you, who is ready to pay for your comfort who truly loves you and you are the queen of his home.  
                      But sadly this trend is losing its place in society and every man wants his women to work with him under the name women empowerment and share his responsibilities, how sweet it is when a brother protects his sister and says don't go out in sunlight I'll do it for you or a son says his old Mother "Mom stop working I'll take care of your expenses" Or a husband who says " Honey pls just take care of you and our baby".
                      We ourselves are responsible for this act of men in our society because we wanted to compete with them we wanted to prove them we are stronger than them and we forgot how to raise our kids, as a result, he grew up thinking women must share his responsibilities by earning for herself, she is strong enough and doesn't need to be taken care of, and hence we are losing a loving, caring and responsible man day by day under the name women empowerment.
           I am not against women empowerment but we need men who say " Your money is your money and My money is your money ".
            It's not late we can work on it as old sayings " One man can educate one person but one woman can educate one generation".
             We can't give up our natural rights, we need love, we also need someone to take care of us and treat us like their queen so we must think wisely, whether we are protected or exploited under the labels of feminism and women empowerment.

Women are the most beautiful creation of the creator on this earth.woman is the most powerful and stronger then anyone in the world, not physically yet she is stronger than Man. Hence they say "Behind every successful man there is a woman".

Soft yet powerful

                Physically she is soft, delicate and gorgeously beautiful, this doesn't mean she is weak, in fact, these are her qualities. Women need to identify their powers and should apply them, for this, we need to be open to identify and heartily accept our duties.

There's no competition

                Obviously, men and women are equal but we need to understand that there is no race or competition between men and women, their qualities are different from one another, if you compare women with men it's like you compare fishes with frogs for their abilities.

               Women do things that men can not do it as easily and comfortably as she can, the creator has installed software in men and women which are different from one another if we share and accept our duties wisely we can complete the cycle perfectly.
