why this gender wage gap? why we are expected to work more than our wages, why are we made cheap labour in society?
                 Why women are told that she is imprisoned in her home while taking care of her family? And if the same woman comes out of her home and serves the common people by putting a smile on face no matter she feels for it or not, considered official. Is this the freedom a feminist is waiting for?

 Is This a solution for gender wage gap??

                    We just yell or put boards that women should be paid equally, but have we ever thought what could be the reason behind the gender wage gap?? so today let me tell you the reason and solution for this but before I tell you, you should make yourself wide open, have passions, think clearly, accept who you are and if you do not agree with me you can stick with your opinion too, but before blaming anyone else, lets start to change ourselves because we can't change the world, let us accept heartily and happily that, yes I am woman and no doubt different from man, our duties are also different from one another as we are different physically.
                    why we want to compete with men?? why they don't come in our fields to defeat us?? why can't we choose our route which is different from theirs??
             - The route which is another half to complete the journey.
